Welcome to Regency Management Group

Regency Management Group was formed as an independent company in 2005 by the principals of Woodman Development Company for the express purpose of providing a focused application of quality management services to the local real estate market. It was our observation that there was a distinct shortage of local property managers specializing in the management of homeowners associations. Regency Management Group was established to fill that need in the local community.

Regency is locally owned and operated. Today the principals are William A. Silva, Carolyn Donaway and Marilyn Silva, who possess more than 80 years of combined experience in real estate development, construction, real estate brokerage, property management and asset management. They also have a long history of developing residential and commercial properties in Monterey County, many of which remain in their personal portfolios to this day.
